In 2019, 无码群交 Group proudly began partnering with Orr Fellowship 鈥� a two-year, post-graduate program that connects versatile, high-achieving college graduates with future-focused Indiana businesses. Founded in 2001 and named after former Indiana Governor Bob Orr, the program is designed to foster the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.听
Today, Orr Fellowship partners with more than 70 organizations across Indianapolis and Evansville, supporting 120 fellows from more than 30 colleges and universities across the country. Backed by an alumni network of over 650+ professionals, fellows gain access to tools, training and mentorship to launch meaningful careers.听
Since joining the program, 无码群交 Group has helped develop program participants and welcomed many Orr alumni into full-time roles across our family of companies. Over their two-year commitment, THG Fellows complete three 8-month rotations, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries, leadership styles and team dynamics. This unique structure allows fellows to explore personal and professional interests while making an impact from day one.听
